Biography: I began mycareer in education as a high school English and Theatre teacher. I went on to serve as Dean of Students, Department Chair, and Associate Principal in districts in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. I have also served as a school board member in Antioch, Illinois, as an Adjunct Instructor at McHenry County College, and as Associate Faculty of Curriculum and Instruction at University of Arizona. I am passionate about the development of Teacher Leaders and promoting the understanding that shared leadership is a key element in school and student success.
